Does Netflix Have Major League 2?

Netflix is a streaming service that has become increasingly popular in recent years. It offers a wide variety of movies and TV shows, as well as original content.

One of the most popular movies on Netflix is Major League, which was released in 1989 and stars Charlie Sheen, Tom Berenger, Corbin Bernsen, and Wesley Snipes. The movie follows the misfit Cleveland Indians baseball team as they attempt to make it to the Major Leagues.

The Sequel:
Since its release over 30 years ago, fans have been clamoring for a sequel to Major League. Unfortunately, there has yet to be one made.

The closest thing to a sequel was a spin-off TV series that aired on Fox from 1994 to 1998 called “Major League: Back To The Minors”. This series followed a former Minor Leaguer (played by Scott Bakula) who takes over as manager of an expansion Minor League baseball team.

Netflix and Major League 2:
With the success of the original movie and the spin-off TV series, many fans are asking if Netflix will ever produce a sequel to Major League entitled “Major League 2”? Unfortunately, there is no indication that Netflix is currently working on any plans for such a sequel. While Netflix has produced several sequels to other movies (such as “Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon: Sword of Destiny”), there has been no indication that it is interested in producing one for Major League at this time.

Conclusion:
At this time, it seems unlikely that Netflix will produce a sequel to Major League titled “Major League 2” anytime soon. While fans may still be hopeful for such an endeavor, it appears that any plans Netflix may have had for producing such a movie have been shelved indefinitely.
