Does Netflix Have Veep?

Netflix is one of the most popular streaming services available today, offering a wide array of television shows, movies, and other content to its subscribers. Recently, Netflix has been adding more and more original content to its library, including critically acclaimed series like Stranger Things and House of Cards.

But one show that has been noticeably absent from Netflix’s lineup is HBO’s comedy series Veep.

Veep is a political satire starring Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Selina Meyer, the Vice President of the United States who finds herself embroiled in all sorts of political shenanigans. The show has won multiple Emmys for its writing and acting, and it remains one of HBO’s most beloved shows.

But despite its critical acclaim and popularity, Netflix does not currently have the rights to stream Veep.

The reason for this is that Netflix does not own the streaming rights for Veep. These rights are owned by HBO and its parent company, WarnerMedia.

As such, the only way to watch Veep on Netflix is if HBO decides to make it available through their own streaming service (HBO Now) or allows Netflix to license it from them. Unfortunately, there have been no indications that either of these scenarios will happen anytime soon.

However, there may still be hope for fans of Veep who are also subscribed to Netflix. While Veep might not be available directly through Netflix itself, there are other ways you can watch the show on the platform.

For instance, some episodes may be available as part of a “TV package” offered by certain providers (such as DISH). Additionally, if you have access to an HBO Now account through your cable provider or someone else you know who subscribes to it, you can use your credentials to log in directly from within Netflix’s app.

Conclusion

So does Netflix have Veep? Unfortunately not at this time as they do not own the streaming rights for it; however there are still ways that fans can watch the show on the platform such as through TV packages or logging in with an HBO Now account.
