Is Deep Blue Sea 3 on Netflix?

Since the release of the original Deep Blue Sea in 1999, fans have been eagerly anticipating a sequel. The first movie was a moderate success, but it has since become a cult classic and gained a large following. However, despite its popularity, there has yet to be a follow-up film.

In 2018, news broke that filming had begun on Deep Blue Sea 3. The film is the third installment in the franchise and stars Tania Raymonde, Emerson Brooks and Nathaniel Buzolic. It is directed by John Pogue and written by Dirk Blackman and Howard McCain.

The official synopsis of Deep Blue Sea 3 reads as follows: “When shark conservationist Dr. Emma Collins (Raymonde) and her team are summoned to an isolated research facility in the Mediterranean, they soon learn that their mission is more than they bargained for when they confront an ancient enemy of mankind that has been dormant for thousands of years – Carcharodon megalodon.”

Unfortunately, Deep Blue Sea 3 is not currently available on Netflix or any other streaming service. The movie was released in cinemas on January 17th 2020 but was pulled from theaters shortly after due to Covid-19 restrictions.

However, the good news is that Warner Bros., who own the rights to the movie, have signed a deal with HBO Max to release their 2021 movies simultaneously on both HBO Max and theaters when they open back up again later this year. This means that Deep Blue Sea 3 should be available on HBO Max once it’s released in theaters later this year!

Conclusion: Is Deep Blue Sea 3 on Netflix? Unfortunately not at this time, but it will likely be available on HBO Max when it’s released in theaters later this year!
